How custom figure prices are set
The price of a custom figure from a photo varies a lot with how it is made (hand-sculpted or 3D-printed), its size and its number of colours. FIGURO builds the 3D model from your photo with AI and 3D-prints each figure. The price depends on size (S, M, L) and finish (unpainted or full colour): a 10cm full-colour figure starts at ¥16,800 and a 10cm unpainted one at ¥6,980. You see images and a 360° view of the 3D model before printing.

Are there any extra costs?
Prices include tax. Shipping is a flat ¥880 anywhere in Japan, including Okinawa and remote islands. An engraved name on the base is optional (+¥1,000); the base colour (3 choices) is free. The AI preview is free.
What's the difference between full colour and unpainted?
Full colour: Multi-colour print in up to 7 colours (including the base and name lettering), in colours close to your preview. Unpainted: Single-colour PLA sculpt. Paint it yourself, or keep the clean look.
How can it cost this little?
AI turns your photo into a 3D model and we 3D-print it, which takes far fewer steps than a sculptor modelling a figure by hand. You still see images and a 360° view of the 3D model before anything is printed.
When will it arrive?
The order page shows an estimated delivery date based on our current workload (including the 3D check). Everything is made to order, so we recommend ordering 4–5 weeks before you need it.
Can I get two people, or a person with a pet?
Online orders are one person or one pet per figure. Couples, families and people with pets are custom orders: send your photos and we'll quote the price and lead time within 1–2 business days (free).
How can I pay?
