How it works

Choose a photo with just the two of you, faces clearly visible. For three or more people or pets, see the family and pet pages or ask for a custom order. Use only photos of yourselves or people who agreed.

The preview is an AI illustration. Actual production starts after the quote: a person reviews your photo and you check a concept image and the 3D model first.

How it works

1. Send photos & wishes

Photos, number of figures, size and the date you need it — by form, LINE or phone.

2. Quote & concept image

Within 1–2 business days we send a quote, lead time and a concept image (free). Up to two free revisions.

3. Pay, then check the 3D model

After payment we send images and a 360° view of the 3D model. We print only once you approve.

4. Made & delivered

Printed one at a time in our Fukuoka studio and carefully packed (flat nationwide shipping).

  • You can have the concept image revised up to two times for free before you pay. After payment and once printing starts, we can't take design changes.
  • Delivery is about 2–3 weeks after payment (it varies with order volume and our workload). If you have a date to meet, tell us when you ask.
  • The concept image (an AI illustration) and the 3D-printed figure differ in shape, colour and detail. We print from the 3D model we send you to approve, but the real figure won't match its images exactly either (layer lines, simplified detail and colour, colours that differ from your screen). These come with the process, and we can't accept returns for impression or taste.
  • If it arrives damaged, a part is missing, or it clearly differs from the 3D model you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it for free.

FAQ

Is the preview free?
Yes. The preview and the quote are free, and you pay nothing until you accept the quote.
Can I include a third person or a pet?
Yes, as a custom order. Guide prices cover up to three people; each pet (up to two) adds about ¥3,000 at 12 cm or ¥4,000 at 15 cm.
How much is it?
From ¥29,800 (12 cm) or ¥39,800 (15 cm), tax included, full colour, plus ¥880 shipping.
What happens to my photo?
It is used only for the preview and the quote, never for AI training, and is deleted within 90 days after the enquiry ends.
