Privacy Policy

nextクリエイティブ合同会社 ("we") handles personal information obtained through the FIGURO service ("the Service") in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related laws and guidelines, as set out below.
1. Business operator

2. Information we collect
- Photos you upload, and the preview images and 3D data generated from them
- Email address; LINE account info (user ID, display name)
- Order, delivery (name, address, phone) and payment-status information (we never obtain or store card numbers)
- Engraving text, design choices and your inquiries
- Access logs, IP address, cookies and similar identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed
- For affiliate/referral partners: name, contact details and bank account for payouts
3. Purposes of use
- Generating previews, creating 3D data, producing and shipping figures
- Identity verification, sign-in, account and credit management
- Order confirmation, production and shipping updates, support, remakes of defective items
- Reminders about saved designs and news of products, campaigns and coupons (only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time)
- After-delivery feedback requests and friend-referral offers to customers who purchased (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Yearly reminder emails for anniversaries you register (type, month/day, who it is for)
- Issuing and resending the LINE friend coupon (using your LINE user ID)
- Calculating and paying affiliate commissions
- Improving quality, developing features and statistical analysis of usage
- Preventing and responding to fraud or violations of our Terms, and complying with law
4. Photos: handling and retention
Uploaded photos are used only to generate previews and produce figures. We never provide your photos to anyone for AI training, and we prioritise external AI services whose terms state that API inputs are not used to train their models. Photos are kept for the periods below and then deleted automatically.
- Photos and previews that were not saved: 72 hours
- Photos sent with a custom-order request: 90 days from receipt (or until production and shipping are complete if you order)
- Previews made while signed in but not saved: 30 days
- Photos for ordered figures: 14 days after shipping (after the defect-claim window)
- Order and payment records: as required by law (generally 7 years under tax law)
We can delete data earlier at your request.
5. Service providers and transfers to third parties abroad
We entrust the handling of personal information to the providers below, only as needed for the purposes above. We choose providers with systems meeting APPI standards (contractual and policy measures ensuring proper handling) and supervise them appropriately.

For providers abroad, we have reviewed the data-protection systems of their countries (see the Personal Information Protection Commission's published surveys of foreign systems) and periodically check that each provider maintains equivalent measures. Contact us (section 11) for details of these measures.
6. Provision to third parties
Except as permitted by law (e.g. when required by law or to protect life, body or property), we do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, other than the outsourcing in section 5. We will ask for your separate consent before using your photos or figures in advertising or showcases.
7. Cookies, analytics and external transmission
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, prevent abuse and understand usage. The following external services receive user information (cookie IDs, pages viewed, device information, IP address, etc.).

You can decline or change Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement at any time via the cookie banner or "Cookie settings" in the footer (your choice is kept for 12 months). For visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland, this measurement is off until you accept.
To improve the site we sometimes show visitors one of two page designs at random and compare them (A/B testing). A random identifier and the version shown are stored in our own cookies (fg_vid, fg_ab, up to 90 days), and whether you reached steps such as viewing, uploading a photo or ordering is counted without identifying you (nothing is sent to third parties). If you decline analytics in Cookie settings, you are not counted.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features such as sign-in and ordering may stop working.
8. Email
We send transactional emails (orders, sign-in) as needed to provide the Service. Promotional emails are sent only to those who opted in (under Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail), and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.
9. Security measures
- Organizational: a responsible person oversees personal data and handling is reviewed periodically.
- Personnel: staff are trained in data handling and bound by confidentiality.
- Physical: devices that handle personal data are protected against theft and loss.
- Technical: encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, row-level database security and protection against unauthorized access.
- External environment: for providers abroad, we take measures after reviewing the relevant country's system (see section 5).
10. Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension or deletion
To request notification of purposes, disclosure (including third-party provision records), correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure or stopping third-party provision of your retained personal data, email the desk below. We will respond without delay in accordance with law after verifying you (or your agent). No fee is charged.

12. Minors
If you are a minor, please use the Service with your parent or guardian's consent.
13. Revisions
We may revise this policy as laws or the Service change. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
