Choosing the photo

One photo where every face is clear works, and so does a set of individual photos. You can add up to three reference photos. For children, a front-facing smiling photo works best.

Sizes

For two or three people you can choose 12 cm or 15 cm. The more people on the base, the smaller each one is, so 15 cm is the better choice when likeness matters. Four or more, or larger sizes, are quoted individually.

How it works

1. Send photos & wishes

Photos, number of figures, size and the date you need it — by form, LINE or phone.

2. Quote & concept image

Within 1–2 business days we send a quote, lead time and a concept image (free). Up to two free revisions.

3. Pay, then check the 3D model

After payment we send images and a 360° view of the 3D model. We print only once you approve.

4. Made & delivered

Printed one at a time in our Fukuoka studio and carefully packed (flat nationwide shipping).

You can have the concept image revised up to two times for free before you pay. After payment and once printing starts, we can't take design changes.
Delivery is about 2–3 weeks after payment (it varies with order volume and our workload). If you have a date to meet, tell us when you ask.
The concept image (an AI illustration) and the 3D-printed figure differ in shape, colour and detail. We print from the 3D model we send you to approve, but the real figure won't match its images exactly either (layer lines, simplified detail and colour, colours that differ from your screen). These come with the process, and we can't accept returns for impression or taste.
If it arrives damaged, a part is missing, or it clearly differs from the 3D model you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it for free.

FAQ

How much is a family figure?

Three people on one base start at ¥36,800 (12 cm) or ¥49,800 (15 cm), tax included, full colour, plus ¥880 shipping. Four or more are quoted individually (free).

Can you combine photos of people who live apart?

Yes, we can combine individual photos. If you want matching outfits or a shared look, say so in the form.

When should I ask?

Delivery is about 2–3 weeks after payment (varying with order volume and workload) and the quote and concept image take a few days, so for a celebration we suggest asking about a month ahead.

Can I check before I decide?

Yes. With the quote we send a concept image that you can have revised up to two times for free before paying. After payment we send images and a 360° view of the 3D model before printing.
