Shipping

• Shipping: Flat ¥880 within Japan
• Delivery time: Shipped by the estimated delivery date shown on the order screen and in your confirmation email (an estimate based on the production queue when you order).
• Production updates: We keep you posted by email and LINE.
• Monthly production is limited to maintain quality, so delivery may take longer during busy periods.

About the finished figure (please read before ordering)

Each FIGURO figure is 3D-printed one by one from an AI-made design. The following are characteristics of the process and are not defects:

• The 2D preview (an AI-generated illustration) differs from the real figure in shape, colour and detail. We make the figure from the 3D model we send after you order — as you approved it, or as deemed approved after 72 hours.
• Fine layer lines on the surface, small marks where print supports were removed, and slight seams or steps.
• A limited number of colours (up to 7 for full colour, including the base and name lettering), so fine patterns, gradients and small text in the photo or preview are simplified.
• Colour differences between your screen and the real figure, slight variation between material batches, and size differences of a few percent.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal impression or taste, such as likeness, when the figure matches the 3D model you approved.

FIGURO figures are display ornaments (ages 15+, not toys). Thin parts such as hair tips, fingers and accessories are fragile — please handle with care. Contains small parts; keep away from small children.

Returns, exchanges & cancellation

These are made-to-order (custom) items, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer convenience. Thank you for understanding.

• Cancellation: Once payment is complete, orders cannot be cancelled for customer convenience (an unpaid konbini order is cancelled automatically after its deadline). Design changes or revisions are not offered either, so please check the preview before ordering and the 3D model before printing.
• Defects / damage: If there's an initial defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of arrival with photos, and we'll remake it free of charge.
• What counts as a defect: shipping damage, broken or missing parts, a shape or colour scheme clearly different from the 3D model you approved, or a size, finish or engraving different from your order. If a remake isn't possible, we refund the order.
• Please include photos of the figure and the box. We may ask you to send the item back for inspection (at our cost).
• Results attributable to the quality of the photo you uploaded are considered agreed upon via your preview approval, and are not eligible for remake or refund.

Care

Figures are made from plant-based PLA resin. Display them away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. A dedicated acrylic case helps keep them beautiful for longer.
